Bonnie Goode James, 78, daughter of Clayton and Gladys Watson Goode, was born December 23, 1934 at Cabool, Missouri. She died October 16, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
After graduating from Cabool High School in 1952, she went to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she was employed as a flight attendant for Continental Airlines. She was Miss Tulsa in 1955.
In February 1959 Bonnie Sue married Ken James. Their twins, Greg and Susie, were born in 1963. In the late 1960s they moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, and she made her home there until her death.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Hazel Lathrom and Mary Ross; and two brothers, Bill and Bob Goode.
Survivors are her son, Greg James and wife Lisa; her daughter Susie Kienast and husband Mike; four grandchildren, Zackery, Ayden and Landen James and Kaila Kienast. All are from Arizona. Also surviving are three sisters, Velma Thomas of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Judy Kennedy of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Linda Thompson of Cabool.
She donated her body to medical science.
