The Reverend Herbert A. Fisher, 88, was born in Ithaca, New York, June 28, 1922. He passed on to his eternal rest on April 21, 2011, in Beverly, Massachusetts, where he and his wife, Helen, had moved in August of 2008. He was also preceded by his eldest daughter, Susan Dukes, who passed away from ALS less than a month before he and Helen moved to Massachusetts.
Herb is survived by his loving wife, Helen, of more than 66 years; son Mark and wife Malinda of Ballwin, Missouri; daughter Janet Fisher of Beverly, Massachusetts; daughter Kathy Farris of Santa Fe, New Mexico; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and six nieces and nephews.
