Ms. Cozetta Ruth Tuttle, 54, of Elk Creek, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2009, at Marshfield Care Center in Marshfield, Missouri.
She was born on June 8, 1955 in Cabool, Misouri, the daughter of Fred and Arlene (McNew) Field.
Cozetta owned and operated a dairy farm for several years while raising her children, Robyn and Perry; she was a pillar of strength for them. She had worked at Caterpillar in Pomona, Misouri, for the last several years.
She was a natural artist and writer and her family enjoyed that ability. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Cozetta was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene Field, and two sisters, Dixie Forbes and Janet Conroy.
She is survived by her daughter, Robyn Wilkins and fiancé Terry Davis; her son, Perry Tuttle; her granddaughters who were her greatest passion, Haileigh and Aleighna Wilkins; her father, Fred Field; one sister, Barbara Maness; three brothers, Morris, Chester and Charles Field; as well as several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2009, at the funeral home chapel with Bro. David Purichia officiating. Pallbearers will be Perry Tuttle, Morris Field, Chester Field, Charles Field, Matthew Maness and Curtis Field. Interment will be in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery near Pomona, under the direction of Elliott-Gentry-Carder Funeral Home of Cabool.
