April Mae Loman

April Mae Loman, daughter of the late Bobby Joe Creed and Ellen Loman, was born on September 15, 1979 in Houston, Missouri, and passed away on June 6, 2008 in St. John’s Regional Health Center in Springfield, Missouri. She was 28 years, eight months, and 21 days of age.

April grew up in Mtn. Grove, Missouri, and graduated from Mtn. Grove High School. She was employed by Positronic Industries in Cabool, Missouri, for the past few months.

She greatly enjoyed helping others around her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Creed, and by one brother, Bobby Loman.

She is survived by her sister, Jeannette Driver of Pensacola, Florida; two brothers, Ronnie Davault Jr. of Mtn. Grove and Jeff Davault of Norwood, Missouri; her grandmother, Ruth Gamel; and a host of relatives and friends who will miss her very much.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in Ozarks Family YMCA in Mtn. Grove with Rev. Zach Williams and Rev. Terry Brown officiating. A video tribute was played along with song selections “Father’s Love” and “Angel.” Pallbearers were Randy Joe Creed, Brandon Gardner, Keven Gardner, Steve Jarboe, Darrell Woolard and James Hollon. Burial was in Jarrett Cemetery, Cabool, under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home, Mtn. Grove.
