He is survived by his daughter, Pamula Sue Cook and Eric Mattis of Cabool; his mother, Lily Cook of Cabool; his sisters, Linda Cantrell of Mtn. Grove, Missouri, Mary Woods of Cabool and Kathy Cook of Mtn. Grove; his brothers, James Cook of St. Roberts, Missouri, and Rick Cook of Jefferson City, Missouri; a grandson, Zane Mattis; an aunt, Betty Taylor; an uncle, Orville Sullivan; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
