I will never forget your endless stories or your loud heartfelt laugh.” This describes the man many knew. Richard was a truck driver for Rees Trucking for many years. He could often be found at his favorite place, McDonald’s, telling stories of his travels, love for tractors and trucking.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Paul; and one sister, Shirley.
He is survived by his wife, Wilma Mielke of the home; four children, Wesley Mielke and wife Janice, Shelly Householder, Debbie Kamp and Dan Mielke and wife Dawn; stepdaughter Deana Scott; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
