Some of Don’s favorite pastimes included watching NASCAR racing and WWE wrestling with his great grand kids. Throughout the past several years, Don enjoyed taking his morning walks and sitting on the porch with his wife while they enjoyed visits from family and friends. He was always present at family functions and loved to support his grandchildren and great-grandchildren at their school and sports functions.

Don was saved and baptized as a young child. In August of 2015, he rededicated his life on his front porch. After that day, as long as his health permitted, he attended Willow Springs Free Will Baptist Church.
