On Tuesday, March 31, 2020, William Oliver Polm, loving husband and father, passed away at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri, at age 62 years.

Bill was born June 23, 1957 in Sayre, Pennsylvania, to Wayne and Edna (Searchfield) Polm.

He married his wife, Mary Ann Creed, in 1977. They shared 43 years of love and laughter together.

Bill was a skilled mechanic who worked at Barr B Tractor in Cabool, Missouri, for 20 years until they closed and for Tuttle Gas for eight years. After he retired in 2017 he enjoyed working in his yard and garden, playing his guitar, watching history shows and sports on TV, tinkering in the garage and, most important to him, spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Mary of Cabool; three children, Billie Cameron and husband Mike of Mtn. Grove, Missouri, Michael Polm and wife Mariah of Seymour, Missouri, and Jerry Polm of Cabool; two stepchildren, Jeanette Wilkerson of Drury, Missouri, and Scott Wilkerson of Springfield, Missouri; his sister, Debbie Conway of Steele, Misouri; and a brother, Chuck Polm of Cabool. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews and family members who loved him dearly.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Edna and Wayne Polm; a sister, Renie Howe; and brothers Kenneth Polm and Rick and Sonny Albritton.

A family memorial will be planned for a later date.
