Florence Hubbard Ehrenman, 104, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020.
She was born in Cabool, Missouri, on March 25, 1916 to Florence and Harry Hubbard. Her father was a registered pharmacist and owned a drugstore and soda fountain in Cabool.
After graduating high school, she attended Missouri State University, majoring in music and business education. She taught business classes in high schools in Savana, Cabool and Webb City, Missouri.
Florence married Earl Stephen Ehrenman, a drafting engineer, on July 31, 1952. They were blessed with a daughter, Annette.
After moving to Tulsa, Florence was a homemaker and later a secretary at Lee Elementary School for 15 years. When she retired, Florence volunteered at Martin East Library. Florence was a member of Trinity United Methodist until she was unable to travel.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Ehrenman; and sisters, Lucille Johnson and husband Montie and Harriette Glazier and husband Robert.
Florence is survived by her daughter, Annette Verel and husband Bob; nephews Greg Glazier and Jeff Glazier and wife Pat; niece, Susan Johnson and husband Bill Wells; great-nephew, Justin Glazier and wife Casey; and great-great-niece, Lydia Glazier.
Visitation was Wednesday, December 2, 2020, and a funeral service was at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 3, 2020, both at Moore’s Southlawn Funeral Home in Tulsa. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa. Condolences may be left at www.moorefuneral.com.
